Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort is open to filming. All buildings other than glass igloos are built of ancient log, up to 600 year old. We have a property of 500 hectares with a variety of arctic landscape. Kakslauttanen is located on the edge of the biggest national park in Finland which gives endless possibilities for incredible shots. We can arrange huskies, reindeer, bear skin, reindeer skin, snowmobile, Santa Clause etc. There’s plenty of room for any back office work needed.

The Resort operates all year around. During mid winter polar night lasts from end of November until mid January and the sun stays down. During mid summer nightless night period starts in mid May and lasts until end of July.
