When submitting a Production Support or Camera Crew profile your information will not be listed publicly. Your information is stored in our internal database that only our in-house producers have access to when working to match your information with suitable projects.

As a global network and crewing service, processing your data is necessary for performance of our service.

It is the profile owner’s responsibility to ensure that their profile details are correct, complete, and up to date. Any profile information changes must be submitted to us in writing here.

In submitting a profile you understand that this information may be used to vet you, to present you for work, to build the network membership, the client base, and the services we offer. Your information may be shared with clients at the discretion of our in-house producers in the course of performing our service. Your contact information may be used to connect you with potential clients, as well as to update you of any important changes with our service. Your client and colleague contact information may be used to vet you as well as to expand our network. Your client’s contact information will not be shared with potential clients without your express permission. Emerge Film Solutions does not send spam emails. Emerge Film Solutions does not use profile data to sell unrelated products or services. Emerge Film Solutions will not sell or rent your personal information, with any third parties without your express permission.

If you are a client submitting an enquiry, the project information will not be listed publicly. Your project information may be shared with third parties at the discretion of our in-house producers in accordance with fulfilling the request you have sent. If you require a signed NDA before we share project information it is your responsibility to make that known.
