Matildas Hotel Boutique Old house built by architects Ricardo Larrain Bravo and Alberto Cruz Montt in 1912, was completely restored preserving its original appearance classic French, three stories high, 1015 M2 and a large garden with old trees. Matildas is located in the Barrio Brasil Santiago neighborhood declared typical area, in which there are different types of cultures and people, in the same way as it was in its beginnings in 1900. The first owner was Luis Gonzalez Edwards, husband of Virginia Balmaceda Zañartu, niece of President of the Republic of Chile, Jose Manuel Balmaceda Fernández. On the first floor are located: The Restobar, to start the morning with a delicious breakfast or evening enjoy a glass of wine. The Living Room, where you can share with other travelers or simply relax with a good book and the terrace to rest or admire its beautiful garden. The rooms are on the second and third floor of the house. The hotel has 17 rooms in different categories, all with private bathrooms and term-panel in their windows. They look Agustinas street and part of the Andes or the garden and its century Araucaria. The interior design combines the comfort of the modern with the classic architecture. All our rooms have bathrooms equipped with hairdryer and shower, central heating, TV-art cable, free WIFI throughout the hotel and in the rooms, and telephone. All our rooms are with exterior views, some with balcony and other with windows.
