Crew profiles

If you have submitted a Production Support or Camera Crew profile, it is the profile owner’s responsibility to ensure that your profile details are correct, complete, and up to date. Any changes to your information must be submitted to us in writing here.

Enquiries

If you have submitted an enquiry it is your responsibility to ensure that project details are correct, complete, and up to date. Any changes to project information must be submitted to us in writing here.

Projects

“Client” by definition is any party that has engaged our service for the purposes of a crew referral or any other service that falls within the purview of our work.

“Crew” by definition is any production support or camera crew individual or company we connect to the client including but not limited to fixers, production service company producers, content producers, directors, directors of photography / cinematographers, videographers / cameramen, and stills photographers.

Unless otherwise specified, upon agreeing to work together, the Client and Crew shall enter a legal contract with each other. The specific terms the agreement shall be negotiated directly between the Client and Crew. Emerge Film Solutions crewing fees or any other project fees will be negotiated separately to this agreement. Emerge Film Solutions shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from connecting the Client and Crew.
