Most public locations are possible and permits are generally not required. The Arkansas Film Commission requires an application to film on state property. Proof of insurance is also required. Please contact us for location specific information.

Arkansas offers qualifying productions a rebate of 20% on goods and services purchased in Arkansas, with an additional 10% for Arkansas resident cast/crew. Commercials with a minimum $200,000 in-state spend are also eligible for this incentive. Some city and county governments in Arkansas offer additional local incentives for visiting productions.
