Rex Mill
Built back in 1830, Rex Mill is a picturesque little red wooden mill, that sits on Big Cotton Indian Creek in the community of Rex, Georgia. Although the mill is no longer operational, it still makes for a great film location.
Surrounding the mill you have 6+ acres of wooded land, a warehouse building, a small gray farmstyle house on the corner, and a couple of other houses. All are available for filming, parking, and craft services.
The Rex Mill interior is best used for craft services or office space. The warehouse has the closest restroom facilities.
Location fees are determined on a case by case basis.
The location has a four-season climate with spring bringing bright colours and rushing water, summer fully green and humid, fall with leaves changing colour, and winter experiencing occasional snow.
Clayton County is very film friendly. The area is known for its older houses and agricultural land.
