The acclaimed NBC TV series Who do you think you are? with Rashida Jones made the touching journey to Latvia to discover a Jewish heritage tracing back as far as the 18th century.

Starting in Riga, the project also filmed the Rumbula Holocaust Memorial and small Latvian town of Aizpute (see below Latvia b-roll). Complex historical research was carried out in a short period of time with the local team working closely with Jewish community leaders and academic authorities.
